Our farmsteads are situated on the Torricella I farms, on the hills of the Chianti in the province of Florence. The property is essentially a small village consisting of a traditional farmhouses that date back to the 1600s.
Up until 1999 farmers and their families who lived off their surrounding lands and livestock inhabited the houses. The houses’ first floor was used for living in while the ground floor was reserved for the stables and storage.
RESTORATION
A careful, conservative restoration allowed the farmhouses to be renewed, guaranteeing the reuse of the antique materials (the timber beams, handmade terracotta floors from Impruneta and the serena stone of the stairs) that feature in the various rooms including the large kitchen and living room.
COMFORTS
Each lodging is about 40/50 sq. m and features a unique interior furnishing in the typical Tuscan style with all the necessary comforts. Each apartment features a bedroom, a living room with a table, chairs and sofa, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a perfectly equipped kitchenette, heating, LCD color TV and free Wi-Fi. The many windows allow natural light to fill the interior spaces and provide magnificent views of the surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves.
GARDEN AND POOL
The garden and pool are equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and a big barbecue for outdoor meals. Here you can pass the day relaxing and being in contact with nature. The salt water pool is in front of sunset.

- 35 kilometers from Siena;
